AnprFairpark is a Microsoft Windows Service collecting license plate whitelist data from a https Fairpark XML source. On car entrance detected by presence loop (Moxa I/O Devices) AnprFairpark will grant access to parking on match license plates to given whitelist data. Furthermore AnprFairpark is able to send data to a Raspberry device to display a welcome screen. It is also possible to configure eMail messages on connection failures of cameras and Moxa devices.
